SUBANG JAYA:Taylor's University offers an exchange student program for students to choose from. It is more than simply classroom learning; it is a tough exploration. Students will embark on a unique journey to experience the collision of academics and culture in a foreign country.
Keli from Taylor's University attended the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom for a half-year. Keli eventually became accustomed to local life and used public transit to go about. She also collaborated with local students to do research, discuss, and solve problems together. Keli said: "I have not only grown academically, but also made great progress in cultural understanding and personal adaptability."
And Tan Kaizhong, he was selected to study at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland, a location he had never imagined. He learnt Finnish better than before. Moreover, Tan took part in the local May Day celebration and helped plan it alongside Finnish students. This encounter expanded his perspectives and increased his prospects for self-development and interpersonal interactions.
These experiences not only benefited their academic life, but also inspired their awareness and appreciation for global diversity. They learnt how to identify parallels between civilizations and how to find themselves in variety. More importantly, these experiences positioned them for success in their future employment, transforming them into professionals with a global perspective and competitiveness.
Taylor's University's exchange student program opens a whole new world for participating students. This is not only an academic ladder, but also a platform for personal growth. The program encourages all students who are eager to explore the unknown and are brave enough to accept challenges to join and start their international journey.
