"I feel like I'm always taking exams, completing my assignments, and countless presentations, but I will rationalize my study time so that I have more time and energy to relax."

The campus life of students is often associated with academics, exams, and lectures.  Other than the busy study schedule, students' lives are full of vitality with hobbies, passions, and personal growth.

In exploring the multifaceted lives of Taylor's students, we discover the diverse and fascinating ways in which they allocate their spare time, expand their horizons, and shape their identities.

Taylor's students embark on a journey of self-discovery from the moment they enter campus, and they are passionate about finding activities that interest them. Some students, out of their love of art, choose to join Taylor's music clubs, dance clubs, etc., to relax and have fun in creative expression.

"I went to Taylor's dance club to learn hip-hop dancing. I love dancing and I think it's cool to dance to pop music in loose clothes. In addition, I can make friends in the club who appreciate each other and communicate with each other. We will also participate in the show together, and I enjoy the stage so much,” said Taylor's design student Marcus Liew.

"I am very tired of designing clothes sketches, and it seems that I can only relax here." "The existence of these clubs not only provides a platform for Taylor's students to showcase their talents but also strengthens camaraderie.

For some other students, sports and fitness appeals more. Whether it's joining a varsity team, participating in an intramural league, or participating in recreational activities, students find a way to balance their academic responsibilities with pursuing a more active and healthier lifestyle.

Safayat Safi is very passionate about physical activity and fitness, and enjoys sports very much.

Similarly, some students are more inclined to enjoy personal time, relax for a short time after reasonably arranging their study plan.Sherman Jun likes to spend his time on productive things so much that he doesn't play games and watch movies very often.

"If I bake, I get exquisite and delicious food. If I grow flowers, I get beautiful plants, which puts me in a good mood."

The digital age opens a whole new world of possibilities for students to explore their passions. Some students are passionate about blogging, and content creation, and use their free time to curate their online presence, build communities, browse news aggregation platforms, etc., to express themselves on related topics.

Student Virgita Anggelie shared her experience: "I love doing something fun like reading as well as going out. I love reading because I can broaden my knowledge and some of them are interesting.”

“And I also like to play on my phone. I play a game as well as run through social media to see the latest news or updates.” Through these digital efforts, they gain more skills on media platforms and have meaningful conversations.

Some Taylor's students' thirst for knowledge cannot be fully satisfied in the classroom, and some students use their spare time to attend conferences and seminars. These efforts allow them to gain a deeper understanding of known and unknown territory, connect with mentors, expand their horizons, and lay the foundation for the future.

Students' journeys of self-discovery not only enriches their personal lives but also to the vitality of the university community.
