KUALA LUMPUR - On the evening of May 10, 2025, Singaporean Chinese pop music star JJ Lin held the "JJ20 FINAL LAP" World Tour Concert in Kuala Lumpur at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, bringing a shocking audio-visual feast to fans. Concert tickets went on sale on the BookMyShow platform on March 11 and sold out in just two hours, showing his super popularity in Malaysia. In order to meet the enthusiasm of the fans, the organizers opened additional seats on March 13, which were quickly sold out, and the scene was very popular.

The performance that night started on time at 7:30 pm, but the weather was not good, and JJ Lin was soaked. However, he still sang and danced hard and shouted to the fans, "It's okay to get wet; I'll stay with you!" The scene was crazy. He also surprisingly invited Malaysian singer Rynn Lim to be a guest. It was also the first time that the two of them were on the same stage in more than ten years. As soon as the other party came on stage, he made a joke about his name, which sounded like "in the rain," and knelt on one knee to apologize to everyone. The two sang "Close to the Shore" and "Rob the Rose" together, which excited the audience. In addition, JJ Lin also revealed to fans that he has composed a lot of songs recently, including many collaborations with other musicians, which will be released in the new album soon, showing his continuous breakthroughs and evolution in music creation. He hopes that fans can wait patiently.
This time, JJ Lin's concert has been fully upgraded in terms of stage and styling, with an extended stage design to bring him closer to the audience, which made him say frankly that this is "the concert where you can see the audience most clearly." It is understood that 5,000 to 6,000 seats were sacrificed to present a better stage effect. The entire performance was coordinated with international-level lighting and sound effects, combined with a large LED screen, dazzling lighting arrangement, exquisite visual effects, lifting stage, and light and shadow interaction, creating a strong sense of ceremony and bringing an immersive and subversive audiovisual feast to 50,000 spectators.
The whole performance lasted more than three hours, and more than 40 songs were sung. JJ Lin conquered every audience member with his soulful singing and superb performance. The concert ended successfully with a chorus of the whole audience. The audience was still not satisfied and expressed their expectation for his next concert. The "JJ20 FINAL LAP” World Tour Concert is not only a commemoration of the 20th anniversary of his music career but also a grand performance for him to give back to his fans with deep affection. The successful holding of the Kuala Lumpur stops once again proved his unshakable position in the Chinese music scene.
